Template for using static hosting on heroku for a b2g / Firefox OS app

1. git clone git://github.com/alzeih/b2g-heroku.git
2. Copy your generated app and manifests into output/
3. Install the heroku toolchain
4. git add .; git commit -m "Deployment"
5. git push heroku master
