Fixes the following issue reported by an spi user:

The redirect cores pane does not appear to do much of anything, the 'include
groups' dropdown does not update, and when changing the show you get this error:
""v1.exception.EntityNotFoundException: Object does not exist. Incorrect result
size: expected 1, actual 0"" and it never returns any cores to redirect
"

the view should allow us to search for jobs to steal cores from and let us
redirect cores to specific jobs. Expected behavior is like cuecommander3

1. launch opencuecommander
2. select views/plugins > cuecommander > redirect
3. redirect view/pane does not do anything, dropdown lists of show groups does
   not update, errors are printed in terminal if launched from there.
