So I saw @foxofninetales's post with original art for DMBJ where Pangzi tries to commission a new Iron Triangle photo, and my hand slipped, and now there's fic for it!

These days weren't treating Pangzi that badly. He could now be chopping scallions for the braised fish at dinner (they had to be chopped to an inch of their lives because how else are you supposed to serve the dish? Like some sort of a savage?) to the tune of: "Pang-shu you're so fast! I can barely see your knife moving! That's so cool!"

Pangzi would blow the strand of hair away from his face and toss his head back to get it out of the way before proceeding to chop the scallions to even more of an inch of their lives without saying anything in response, because that itself was a response, wasn't it? And Pangzi could be humble sometimes. Sometimes.

was reminded of that youtube channel that records footage of that bridge that scalps trucks today. one of the fascinating developments that's happened since i last heard about it is that, in one of their many attempts to stop the trucks from being can-opened, they installed a traffic light that detects when a vehicle that's over the allowed height is coming and turns red so the driver can stop and hopefully notice the signage all around that's screaming "YOUR VEHICLE IS OVERHEIGHT TURN AROUND" and avoid an accident. However as a result sometimes drivers see the light turning yellow and IMMEDIATELY start flooring it to avoid having to stop, ensuring that the roof of their truck just gets fucking annihilated instantly.
