The crocus, for January's herbologist reward 🌟🌛 when I researched and typed up the folklore for my patreons, I was captivated. We have been cultivating this plant for so long, we don't even know the original wild species. The crocus we have today is sterile, and has been since it was first cultivated, around the bronze age. We have been dividing and separating the bulb to keep this plant growing for thousands of years.
