1 tbsp chopped dill
juice from 1/2 lemon
salt + pepper
pinch of sugar (or honey) depending on your preference of sweet to tart ratio

How do you keep it fresh? Mine always goes brown so fast it seems
I usually wrap in a damp paper towel and store in a ziploc bag in the veggie drawer of my fridge. You can also trim the stems a small amount, fill a jar with just enough water to cover them and keep that upright in the fridge
It’s SUPER easy to grow in a container. Highly recommend!

Here is my lemon shallot vinaigrette. I think it was Food & Wine originally IIRC
1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons minced shallots 1 1/4 teaspoons Dijon mustard 1 1/4 teaspoons white wine vinegar 1 small garlic clove (minced) salt ground black pepper
