National Hate Crime Awareness Week
“It is vital that we all have an understanding of what hate incidents are, what hate crimes are, and how to report them.
We feel that national hate crime awareness week provides a pivotal opportunity for educators to review their policies and practices to ensure that every child and young person can feel safe and celebrated in schools and colleges.
If schools and colleges cannot #educateOUTprejudice and do not challenge prejudice when it occurs then how can those targeted have faith in the value of reporting incidents whenever they occur later in life. It also means that we are sending a message to the perpetrators that their behaviour is acceptable and thus there are no consequences resulting from their negative and destructive actions.
Schools and colleges play a vital role and by #Usualising, #Visibilising and celebrating the lives and experiences of minority groups and those who face discrimination. They help dispel the many negative stereotypes that are promulgated by silence, invisibility and deliberate misinformation."

Facing School Discrimination?
No one should feel targeted at school because of their Muslim identity. Don't stay silent if you or someone you know has experienced discrimination. Report it and connect with CAIR-MN.
Together, let's foster an inclusive and respectful learning environment for all.
#EndSchoolDiscrimination#StandUpForInclusion
This is what we deal with! This is how casual the #racism and #discrimination is. Sadly of all the comments and shares it’s only other GTC asking why this is ok? Would you call this the Asian man or the Black man’s wife. This may seem small to some, but its a symptom of the persistent, systematic and institutional discrimination we face daily that makes people feel completely safe expressing and resharing these ideas. Making light of #domesticviolence and #racehate all in the name of #jokes
I’ll be surprised if Facebook uphold my report! Social media mediators rarely see the racism either!
The school system the parent put their child infact a pre-prison system where lows-income middle-class whites have to put their kids in as well. The logic behind police in schools is Racist. Police,
nor school resource officer ought to have been called and do not belong in kids education learning centers. Basically, public schools are no longer places where kids can be educated, but abused and undereducated in an oppressive state of existence, casted down on an advanced social society as if black kids and teen and the disabled have nothing to offer Pro-White Israel White mainstream - pro-CCP💞America.
The mayors of cities of these police officers are responsible rest anssured. And as you would have it African Americans and the disabled are the most abused! When African American such as myself call on the African American community and its parents start their own education system because it is clear that this white Racist system is implicit in imprisoning and using that data to incarcerate young African American children and disabled and severe and persistent mental illness. It’s a real bonifide request to all Black parents across America reading this post.
And because this child is white and disabled he is now criminalized, but shifts in policy will take place, but as long as it was black children and mostly disabled black children and vilifying them and their future, Racism is intact in education and continues to disenfranchise African American children’s future and disabled children’s future.
Black parents do not have to tolerate this discrimination in federally funded public schools. When they can apply for funding to build their own school system to rebuild the damage it’s caused to Black and disabled kids and I include myself as well.
Fight Racism tooth and nail.
Why should “targeting children” EVER FAIL to cause ANYONE to “lose ground”?! In a moderately sane and decent society, “losing ground” would be the LEAST of the concerns facing anyone SEXUALLY “targeting children.” I’m sure I would get banned from LinkedIn (an interesting consideration in and of itself) for simply stating what EVERY decent human being KNOWS that these miscreants DESERVE. If Western Civilization allows the normalization of pedophilia, then it SHOULD perish! The Supreme Court needs to revisit the applicability and scope of capital punishment. DeSantis is CORRECT about this issue. Also, we should do away with protective custody for prisoners who have committed sex crimes against children. Let them do their time in general population. Let’s see if that produces a deterrent effect.

Dear LinkedIn and LinkedIn Help - Is #criticism of #public#officials#forbidden on your platform? I see it done all the time but when I do it and my post was going #viral - you removed it for what you claim to be "misinformation".
All of the information that I posted was #verified and #undisputed#facts, and I'd be happy to provide supporting documentation for any detail that I wrote that you claim to be incorrect.
At the moment this just feels like #censorship, whereas we live in a #democratic#society where criticism of public officials is not only #allowed, but #encouraged.
Please clarify your guidelines - so that we know what is allowed and what is not - and try to not jump the gun and remove every "reported" post immediately because the misinformation is often in the report.

Hate crimes more than doubled at elementary and secondary schools from 2018 to 2022, and by that last year, schools had become the third most known common location for hate crimes, according to FBI data released Monday.
The steady rise in hate crimes on school grounds comes in the wake of increased violence and behavioral issues noted after the COVID-19 pandemic — and as the U.S. Department of Education has urged schools to address rising hate incidents.
What can school leaders do to reduce these types of incidents on K-12 campuses?

Making my debut over here at LinkedIn, so I thought I'd share my most recent blog post from January about the important role teachers play in the classroom in combatting discrimination.

Restorative Justice can offer those affected by hate crimes or incidents the chance to explain their thoughts and feelings about what happened. It can break down barriers between victims of hate crimes/incidents and those responsible.
