Now that we’re into the second working week of 2024, I thought it was time for the standard New Year, new job post!
From speaking with candidates over the last week, I think for many, by the end of last year, they just felt that they needed their Christmas break and weren’t thinking about applying to jobs. The thing with the Christmas break, is that it gives people time to think and reflect and for many when they've then come back to work, they’ve quickly realised that some of the issues at the end of last year weren’t just down to burnout and it’s actually time for a change.
The market is busy and we’ve already spoken with a lot of our clients who have big plans for the year ahead so they are very actively recruiting and there’s already some really interesting opportunities available.
