In civil aviation the balance between fiduciary & regulatory compliance is the challenge of the leadership. In current events we see these challenges in reality. Creating a culture of safety, airworthiness & quality takes massive effort. It starts with the Board & CEO then percolates down to the shop floor, the assembly line. Whether its an aircraft manufacture or an airline the cultural emphasis on profit or on compliance & safety starts with the leadership. My book is written to assist civil aviation leadership in meeting the challenges of fiduciary & regulatory responsibility.
