To obtain an AOC (air operators certificate) you must understand the regulations and the responsibilities that come. this paper looks at the tasks, the cost, the people, and all others items that need to be in place to be able to apply for an AOC. We also look at whether you go further than Part M & also apply Part 145 AMO to your AOC.

ETOPs is an aircraft maintenance, engineering & operations philosophy that is mandated for large twin jets. The value of applying this philosophy & the methods mandated transcends any regulatory requirement & improves effectivity & efficiency of the technical operation of any aircraft.
