In theory, all the analysis, the design, and the development is finished now and the focus switches to the learners. You'll need to make some important decisions while ahead of your launch to make this phase a success. Here's a few things you'll need to consider. I usually prefer a phased approach, which gives you more control over who uses the solution first and how they're going to engage with your AI.
