It's always a pleasure moderating panels when the speakers are as insightful and well-spoken as Taskrabbit’s Sidra Khan and Sittercity’s Francesca Amato — thanks for having me! In case you missed it, here are a few of my favorite takeaways from this morning's #MRMC24 session: -Balancing automation and manual workflows requires a deliberate approach. What you can (and should) automate will depend on how much time your team is spending on various tasks, your risk tolerance, and more. If you’re reading this I’m sure you’re thinking that Persona is only about automation, but we actually believe manual workflows can enhance automations and help businesses increase edge-case conversion and reduce unnecessary auto-declines. -Identity verification isn’t just about onboarding. Instead, it's important to conduct ongoing reverification at critical points to ensure continuous user safety and trust throughout their life cycle. -Balancing privacy concerns with robust ID verification is crucial. Being transparent about data privacy practices can help build user trust and address users' concerns about PII. What's been your biggest learning from #MRMC24 so far?
