One member was stuck in the bathtub and her phone was not working, she was not able to make outbound calls to anyone. She fell asleep in the tub and when she woke up the water was up to her neck. She was able to answer Holly's call and Holly called the local PD who helped the member. Another member ranked high on the Columbia Suicide Scale and reported active plan for suicide; Holly called the local PD for a wellness check. Holly acted swiftly in both situations! Lindsay verifies the insurance of every member that we enroll in the program to double-check that they are indeed eligible. In addition, if our system cannot determine eligibility, Lindsay will check in real time and return an answer in just a few minutes. Since Lindsay joined, we have seen a drastic decrease in account closures for accounts enrolled with an ineligible plan. In addition, her time to respond to our enrollment specialists regarding any eligibility questions is unmatched. Myself and the team have full confidence that she will go to all lengths to try to determine whether a lead is eligible or not. He is constantly juggling bugs, and requests, thinking through high-level projects, managing a team of engineers, and sitting in meetings, but you would never know it. He always (and I mean always) has a positive and relaxed attitude even when a million things are thrown his way.
