A company that can’t be flexible isn’t built to last. We’ve all seen the use cases of AI in several industries, and while certain sectors feel the impact more profoundly, others are still on the sidelines. But what about in real estate? Last year, McKinsey published an article on AI’s impact and wrote, “Generative AI can change real estate, but the industry must change to reap the benefits.” Michael Rudin, Co-CEO of Rudin Management Company, cautions that amidst the excitement surrounding AI’s potential, there needs to be an acknowledgment of being in the early stages of understanding its full impact. Will AI take the world of Real Estate by storm, or be reduced to another buzzword? What do you think? Dive into the full discussion here: https://lnkd.in/djS-v8y9 cc: Jason Shuman Michael Rudin
