How do you create great, innovative work? 💡 It starts with company culture. We take a lot of pride in the way we move and shake the advertising industry. Here are 3 ways we approach creating a joyful, positive culture that leads to disruptive work. 1️⃣ Adaptability This is what allows us to connect to culture. We focus on being agile and adaptable in both the workplace and through work with our clients. 2️⃣ Create space for innovation All ideas are welcome, no matter how crazy they may seem. We aim to create a safe space without egos or judgement, where people aren't afraid to bring their "bad ideas" to the table - because sometimes those are the ones that lead to innovation and disruption. 3️⃣ Normalize failure You can't have innovation unless you fail. Unlike other agencies where getting yelled at is expected, we celebrate failure with grace and positivity. It's a key opportunity to keep learning and move forward with even greater ideas.
