Last Friday I had the opportunity to speak during a professional development workshop, Jumpstart your Sustainability Career with Transferable Skills hosted by Women in Cleantech & Sustainability organization. I loved sharing the top transferable skills I hear hiring leaders requesting every day. Thank you Pamela C. Sammarco, CEO, CPTD, I/O Psych Practitioner, M.S. for the invitation to speak. This was a wonderful event and I know we helped many people who are at various stages of their career transitions. I also want to thank Cassie Layton & Leslie (Bane) Petry for sharing their amazing journeys into cleantech & sustainability. When thinking about transitioning sometimes we don't know where to start and both of you provided great insight into how you made that transition. Thank you to Women in Cleantech and Sustainability for creating a great organization for us to learn, share, & grow while providing support along the way.
