🚨 Warning Candidates! 🚩 It has come to our attention that scammers are posing as Grow Therapy employees to access candidates' personal and financial information. Our priority is to ensure that everyone interested in joining the Grow team has confidence in the legitimacy of their application for open roles. Official Grow Therapy corporate job postings will consistently appear on our dedicated careers page at https://lnkd.in/dH_-TCuB , serving as the authorized source for all our job opportunities. Please also note that our recruiters will exclusively contact you using email addresses ending with ‘@growtherapy.com. Here are a few red flags to look out for. These are all signs of phishing and should be reported: 🚩 You are asked to share your bank account information during the recruiting process or are asked to cash a check you receive via email digitally 🚩 You receive an email from an address that does not end with growtherapy.com 🚩 You are contacted through an outside application (i.e. a notification from a job board like LinkedIn or Indeed) rather than a Grow Therapy email referencing the outside application 🚩 You are asked to use a chat service for an interview like Microsoft Teams (all interviews at Grow Therapy are conducted over Zoom, Google Meet or face-to-face) 🚩 You receive an unsolicited, automated text message from someone who says they are a recruiter or employee at Grow Therapy 🚩 The communication urges you to act quickly or create a sense of urgency without proper explanation If you have any questions about the legitimacy of a job opportunity with Grow Therapy or believe you’ve encountered a scam or phishing attack, you can always contact us at [email protected] #growtherapy #careers

About us
We believe that therapy is an essential part of becoming the best versions of ourselves. No matter who you are or where you are starting, it’s more than support through challenge - it’s the foundation to grow, heal and lead lives that are more resilient, empathic, hopeful and powerful. Everyone should have the opportunity to receive personalized therapy, and therapists should be able to serve the communities they care about most, not just the 10% of people who can afford to pay out of pocket. Our mission is to get more people into therapy by bridging the gap between therapists and people seeking mental health care. Grow Therapy empowers independent therapists to launch and grow thriving in-network private practices by enabling them to tap into large scale credentialing, referrals, administrative and community support enabled by our passionate team and technology. When therapists no longer have the hassle of mundane admin tasks like billing and insurance claims or the limitations of out-of-pocket-only payment options, they can provide care to the communities who need it most! To achieve our lofty ambitions, we’re building an ambitious team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Our founders come from Harvard Medical School, Stripe, and Blackstone, and bring Grow’s mission to life from the inside-out, promoting holistic wellness for all team members. We balance our determination with a culture that champions well-being, from unlimited PTO and a Winter Break to Mental Health Mornings and learning and wellness stipends. Grow is backed by top VCs and angel investors, including leaders from SignalFire, Village Global, Airbnb, Nurx, PatientPing, and Blackstone. We have a long way to go to maximize our impact, but if we do our job well, in the coming years we will make a difference in countless lives. We hope you’ll join us!

Join us for our webinar tomorrow with Behavioral Health Tech! Our Head of Clinical Excellence, Cynthia Grant, will be speaking alongside additional experts on the importance of measurement-informed care and how it can help clients progress towards their goals. We're looking forward to the conversation.
Why is measurement-informed care at the heart of Grow Therapy? Measurement informed care allows behavioral health providers and clients to have information available to reflect progress in treatment and for both to know when a treatment plan needs to be refined for clients to achieve their goals and positive outcomes. We’re excited to partner with Behavioral Health Tech in a conversation about The Ease and Importance of Measurement-Informed Care on June 4 from 3–4pm EST. You’ll hear from experts in research, practice, and strategy, including Grow’s Head of Clinical Excellence, Cynthia Grant. Register and join the conversation: https://lnkd.in/eBNc4e-e

Today is the last day of #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth, though every month is Mental Health Awareness Month if you prioritize your wellness 💜 We wanted to share some encouraging facts & figures about the state of mental health from our 2024 annual mental health awareness report. More people are choosing to seek therapy, which helps break the stigma around therapy. Many patients are seeing tangible improvements within a few weeks of therapy. People are also understanding the importance of identifying with their therapist, urging for more diversity among therapists. Access to quality mental health care is critical. We aim to increase that access and ensure everyone can find the care they need and deserve. Check out our blog post about our 2024 State of Mental Health report: https://lnkd.in/gBmVY6yK

"So the biggest misconception about therapy that I find myself clarifying a lot is you go to therapy because you have issues. That's not true. You go to therapy to build your mind and strengthen your mind." — Rachel Garcia, LCSW #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth
