There are some signs concert fatigue is setting in across the US (example: https://lnkd.in/gb4mqWc7). For resort casinos with an aggressive entertainment lineup, there is a real opportunity to defend against this trend by stepping up your database marketing efforts, including: - More targeting outreach based on past concert attendance referencing both your player database and your concert database (eg Ticketmaster) to layer any retail purchases on top of known comps to more completely understand player interest. - Re-evaluating your qualification criteria beyond ADT to include frequency and LTV. - Even considering the idea of subsidized promotional pricing vs. the “comp or retail” strategy for borderline players.
