New research unveiled today by Fetch reveals that the majority of CMOs are shifting focus to building long-term consumer relationships. Almost all (99%) of the CMOs surveyed reported feeling increased pressure to show ROI amid tight marketing budgets, fragmented consumer attention and the cookieless future. This pinch has led 9 in 10 to place newfound importance on customer loyalty, with 60% focusing more on retention than acquisition.
