Your input = better corporate climate action. Here's how and why: Since our founding, we have held that the only way to identify corporate leaders in the climate movement is to understand how much money they are investing in the climate transition. Our trusted climate label provides a symbol that you can look for to better understand which companies are taking meaningful action, and which are not. That's where you come in. We need your thoughts on our updated Standard draft as we make changes to our certification to more directly link carbon emissions to carbon price, and therein create more accountability in corporate climate action. As an added bonus, we will randomly select three submissions to win $100 gift cards to REI, Allbirds, or Vuori! 🔗 to the survey: www.changeclimate.org/2025 The survey closes June 14th at 11:59pm ET. Please share your thoughts and help shape the future of corporate climate action. #sustainability #climatechange #opendoorclimate #corporateresponsibility #leadership #climateaction #brandmarketing

Juneteenth is a celebration of the end of slavery in American. It is also a reminder that Freedom is not the same as equality or justice. As we work on the problem of climate change, we must do the work to dismantle racial injustice and oppression and elevate voices driving change for marginalized communities. There are many ways to support racial justice within the climate movement: ➜ Invest in Black-owned climate companies ➜ Seek out and amplify Black climate creators, activists, founders, and leaders ➜ Learn from incredible Black leaders like Dr. Ayana Elizabeth Johnson and Leah Thomas, of Intersectional Environmentalist. ➜ Create a discount or pricing scale for your products or services to support BIPOC-led businesses ➜ Vote for leaders that center racial justice within their environmental policies Want to support orgs doing important work in environmental justice 🌱👉 https://lnkd.in/guWxkERb

To address residual emissions in 2023, Climate Neutral Certified companies accounted for all of their emissions with eligible verified carbon credits and clean energy certificates. This creates financial accountability for all unabated emissions, every year. Last year, Certified companies invested an impressive $10M in climate solutions. These investments spanned high-quality carbon projects, including forestry, renewable energy, industry, and permanent carbon removals. Swipe right to hear from TCCP Program Manager, Alicia, on the importance of contribution and how it advances global climate goals. #sustainability #climatechange #corporateresponsibility

In 2023, a record-breaking 285 companies measured detailed carbon inventories using the BEE. We saw the rigor and accuracy of detailed inventories maintained with the use of physical data representing 19% of reported inputs across inventories, as opposed to spend data. We all know the saying "you can't manage what you don't measure." With detailed measurement and emissions reporting, BEE users manage emissions effectively and gain clear insight into their emissions hotspots and potential areas for reductions.
