Meet Emma Mayfield, a Business Analyst who joined Censeo in August 2023! Leveraging her skills in qualitative and quantitative analysis, she partners with our clients to meet their strategic and organizational needs on projects ranging from strategic plans to audits of public programs. Emma's favorite part of working at Censeo is the strong feeling of community among the employees and the organization's emphasis on a reasonable work-life balance. Outside of work, Emma enjoys reading, volunteering with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, and watching Formula 1 racing. As someone new to the DC area, she has enjoyed getting the chance to explore the city with her roommates.

The EPA Office of Grants & Debarment (OGD) awarded Censeo a 5-year task order to perform an annual assessment of its internal controls, processes, and reporting. We are excited to begin the project this month! #CenseoConsultingGroup #ContractAward

Austin Chapman joined Censeo in 2020 and has spent the past 10 years helping Federal agencies, non-profit organizations, and commercial businesses drive digital transformation. He is skilled in strategic planning, program management, facilitation, training, and digital design. Leveraging these skills, Austin partners with his clients to develop and implement enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing the experiences of customers, suppliers, and employees. Outside of work, he is an avid reader, podcast listener, and movie buff. Austin and his fiancé are dedicated dog dads to their golden retriever, Remi, and active members of Stonewall Sports DC, a LGBTQIA+ non-profit sports league dedicated to raising money for local DC based non-profits.
