Or the other way around? 🔄 It’s a chicken-and-egg question, but Nicholas Gent, SVP of Decision Sciences at Blend, suggests that it might be a bit of a combination. 🥚 On the latest episode of the Customer Decisioning Institute podcast, Nicholas encourages listeners to find the unique ratio of conversions-engagement at their company. Finding the right ratio is an ever-evolving journey as your products and your market mature. “It’s too simple to say that it’s all conversions or all engagement– or even that it’s exactly 50-50.
