There's no 'i' in team but there is in Tag-iversary! That’s why we're celebrating the milestones of individuals that have helped shape Tag over the years. Shouvonik Bhattacharjee, CPSM has been at Tag India for 15 years, and he has some of the best Tag Tips to share: “My journey with Tag for the last one and a half decades has been fantastic. Starting in an individual contributor role and gradually moving up all the way to a functional head has enabled me to evolve as a professional. Tag has empowered me to hone in my skills and experiences over the years. As change is the only constant, my advice to my colleagues at Tag is: Never compare yourself with your peers, but instead compare with yourself a year or two back. Be laser focused on your roles and responsibilities. Never be afraid to unlearn and learn new things. And lastly, treat everybody with respect and humility - the rest will follow suit. Tag Americas CEO and newly appointed Tag Global President, Toby Codrington, stopped by the Toronto, Canada office last week. Toby's visit comes after last month's exciting announcement that Tag is now offering its complete capabilities in Canada. In between meetings with various team members to learn of important departmental updates, he visited the onsite production studio where Tag experts shoot stills and videos for clients’ content. Next stop? The fully equipped onsite test kitchen, of course! Toby enjoyed a much-needed coffee break with treats from Tag Senior Test Kitchen Specialist, Adrienne Panis.
