Training & Development
Our Head of Performance & Development, Conor, joined as an associate and worked his way up the organisation. He's managed teams, ran our optimal product before moving into an internal role. He knows what it takes to get promoted quickly & will share his knowledge. The training is a blend of structured modules and 'on-desk' learning. In 2 weeks you'll learn the foundational knowledge in the classroom and then be on the phone. The best way to learn is by talking to people on live roles!
