Customize your Viva Glint communications! To offer more flexibility in your communications setup, a new email platform enhancement enables you to customize communications and, optionally, include your own logos and custom sender domains. Learn more about customizing email content.
NOTE (May 7, 2024): The following symbol change did not release as expected, however, the platform works as it always has - with the cogwheel Configuration symbol. We'll update this blog as soon as we have information confirming when you'll see the new Configuration symbol. We apologize for any confusion.
You may notice a change on the home page of your admin dashboard. As Glint continues to immerse itself within Microsoft, we’re making changes to align with all Microsoft applications. The Configuration symbol has been updated:
Support your survey takers and managers
Simplify your support process during live surveys to help users easily submit their valuable feedback. As an admin, use support guidance to communicate proactively and create resources to address commonly asked questions by survey takers. Share survey-taker help content directly with your organization. You can also send survey takers to learn what accessibility tools and features are available to them.
The role of the manager is central to the success of your Viva Glint programs. Our team has created this Manager Quick Guide for Results & Conversations to help managers become familiar with the Glint platform, interpret feedback, and discuss survey results with their teams in a way that facilitates ongoing conversations and progress.
We are officially relaunching and growing our customer cohorts! Kicking off this week, we have created community groups for like-minded customers to connect. We’ll also host quarterly virtual sessions to share experiences, best practices, and ask questions. For more information, check out this blog. We hope to see you there!
Get badged! Viva Glint users can earn badges upon completion of recommended training modules and then publish their accomplishment to their social media networks. Currently we offer both a Foundations Admin badge and a Manager badge course. Learn more about badging.
