Tomorrow marks the start of Pride Month and we are excited to take this opportunity to shine a light on our incredible LGBTQI+ talent, colleagues and leaders 💙 At Randstad, Pride is not just about the month of June. It’s built into our culture, our ethos and is at the core of how we move forward as a business – every single day. The work we do would not be possible without the contributions of all the talent we work with, no matter how they identify or who they love. We believe that creating a safe space for everyone to be exactly who they are not only provides a real sense of belonging but lets our business thrive. A special thank you goes to our colleagues Wesley Connor, CHRL MFA CPCC PCC, Nimisha Chhabra, Josh Willacy, Jee Kinnear, Nelson Vitor and Andrea Cacace Fuchs who shared how they #inspirepride. It's World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development and we're joining UNESCO to celebrate the richness of the world’s cultures 💙 At Randstad, we understand the essential role intercultural dialogue plays in achieving peace and sustainable development. This year, we are proud of having launched our Global Multi-Ethnic Voices BRG to foster dialogue among peers across several cultures. Around the world, we look up to our teams who work tirelessly to make a difference every single day 🌍 🌎 🌏 From our colleagues in Australia, who completed a Reconciliation Action Plan to outline their commitments to Indigenous Australians, to those in New Zealand, who have partnered with 3BagsFull (3BF) to increase Māori and Pasifika representation in the digital and tech sectors, and to our team in Italy, who run our Randstad Without Borders cultural diversity program to prepare immigrant and refugee talent for the job market. These are just some examples of how we're working to improve dialogue, education, and genuine connection. Through these means we can transcend borders and boundaries, building a workplace and a world where every voice is heard and valued 🗣
