Question about public vs private icons next to WF submission file names in AIOps for NGFW free.

I am looking for information about the public and private icons displayed next to file names for wildfire submissions and have yet to find a definition.  I vaguely recall seeing something, but don't remember when or where.

I licensed my firewalls for premium, and the activation link link sits at finalizing your products.  But the instance is still free.  How long does it take?
