We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Technologist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:- 1. Reading uploaded prescriptions and transcribing them within the stipulated time. 2. Liaising with patients via phone calls, in–app chat, SMS and email to clarify prescription and order details. 3. Carrying out a prescription audit to identify any drug-drug interactions that may necessitate amendment of prescription. 4. Contact the prescriber if changes to the prescription are necessary. 5. Handling POM complaints and requests from clients and/or warehouse dispatch and courier teams. 6. Conduct root cause analysis and share proposals on improving processes and procedures for clients’ benefit. 7. Escalation of any matters arising that are beyond the scope of the position. 8. Provide any other support required in the contact centre. 10. Any other duties assigned from time to time. Requirements:- ·Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology ·4-5 years of experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. ·Customer-centric mindset, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service. ·Preference for candidates with experience working in one of Kenya's top 5 leading pharmacies, particularly those adept at engaging with customers online.
