The entire process of dealing with the representative was good. He was professional, not pushy and gave us what was asked of him. Our only issue was with the E-Signature, but ESPECIALLY the part when we have to trust someone we don’t know, never met and have spoken to once before and give him out banking information. That should be against the law and all of it should be done through the mail.

Anytime I speak on the topic of death its a serious topic one that I would just rather not even have to deal with. I am simple and plain and to the point. Brian W. Barber was honest and upfront about pricing and coverage.It was a relief to deal with someone with scruples after I had been jerked around by other companies.
