This time we discussed the ever-important topic of #sustainability with the CEO of World Coffee Research (WCR) Jennifer "Vern" Long, who guided us through the discovery of the non-profit agricultural research organization which the De'Group Longhi has decided to collaborate with and brings together over 170 different companies in 29 different countries to promote collaborative research and development operations on a global level in order to secure the future of coffee and simultaneously support farmers. We learned about the specific areas WCR operates in and how the organization serves all of the participants involved in the coffee supply chain—all the way from the farmers to the consumers. 📢 De'Longhi and Tiramisù: Sharing their City of origin! 🏙️ This year, at the Tiramisù World Cup, we collaborated with several coffee and food influencers from the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, and Spain. They experienced De'Longhi's world and joined a cooking class with the reigning champion of the Tiramisù World Cup 2022, Giuseppe Salvador. They then became judges and showcased their creativity with Cold Brew, a cold-extracted coffee made with De'Longhi Eletta Explore.
