Describe the bug

Filtering by RW stage is not possible when the collection type is associated to a workflow created by a user, and not by the workflow by default. When you try to filter by stages, the options proposed are incorrect.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to Settings > Review Workflows
2. Create a new workflow
3. Assign this new workflow to an existing Collection Type
4. Go back to Content Manager, create entries for this Collection Type, with different RW stages
5. In CM List view, filter by Review stage IS :
6. Check that the stages proposed in the dropdown are not the ones of the workflow associated to this CT, but the ones of the by default workflow

Expected behavior

Stages proposed in the dropdown list filtering should be the ones from the workflow associated to this collection type.
