Is there a way to use this package to set up a custom similarity measure to perform any kind of deformable registration?
What I mean is that I have my own function that requires, in each step of the optimization, to know the transformed image and it outputs a measure between the target and the transformed source. This function is the one I want to optimize to perform the deformable registration.
