[a11y] Relay Dashboard clickable elements #222

All clickable elements should be focusable and should have interactive semantics. On the Relay Dashboard page, these elements are not focusable:

graphic "Firefox Account Avatar" [maybe this is a Firefox Accounts bug?]
pushbutton and graphic for "Reset"
section and graphic for the alias filter
