FractionDigits, SignificantDigits and IntegerDigits

Two instances of the word factional that I believe should read fractional.

What did you expect to see?

The word fractional.

Do you have any supporting links, references, or citations?

The word factional does not make sense given the context of the surrounding text. There are only two instances of the word factional, while there are 77 instances of the word fractional.

Do you have anything more you want to share?

I am creating a PR to fix the typos. I am creating this issue so it can be referenced in the PR.
