Proposed changes

This PR updates the folder structure for preload components. It refactors and divides the code into multiple reusable files to increase scalability and usability. This also adds multiple new actions to the JS console for the application. Similar to our actions in layers it uses dropdown to create or update a component:

• Place a component to the canvas
• Move a component
• Resize a component
• Delete a component
