Tor fails with libevent #1323

Tor 0.4.7.8-1 fails when running libevent 2.1.12-2 under up-to-date Arch (standard kernel) with the following error:
tor: symbol lookup error: tor: undefined symbol: evutil_secure_rng_add_bytes
Downgrading to libevent 2.1.12-1 fixes the issue.

Probably an issue with Tor with version 0.4.7.8-2 now in testing.

Confirmed that Tor 0.4.7.8-1 was the problem. The new version works with libevent 2.1.12-2
