The problem

A week ago, met.no service for hourly forecast was returning correct values. On a typical partly cloudy hour, cloud coverage was 20%. Right now it's partly cloudy, but cloud coverage shows 85%. This has happened in the past as well. For some days all works fine, then it levels go high and return back to normal levels a week later. No consistancy in the forecast.
