I am writing a workflow that involves exporting compute images to GCS. I am now realizing that the export feature that is available via the console and via gcloud is not available via the general python client or the compute python library.
My Q&A here has a few components:
Did I miss something and is the image export feature available via a library?
Will the image export feature be introduced outside of the console/gcloud?
This seems in contrast to how AWS builds boto3, what determines if a feature/API call is introduced into the python libraries?
Thanks so much in advance! Getting familiar with all of the functionality available to help us do DFIR work has been a fun process.
