Google analytics api exposing every data as dimensions and metrics

When we tried to create a exploration, Google analytics have to select entrances and exits in metrics

But when we tried to pull same data using runreport request of Google analytics api entrances and exits are not available
Can entrances and exits make available to pull through GA4 api
