popout not working when using with popoutWholeStack enabled #861

In layout-manager.ts:272 popout is checked for component - when popoutWholeStack is enabled, this always fails because element is stack

Current behavior
crash: popout root have to be component

Expected behavior:
complete stack is shown in popout

any advice for an solution/workaround would be great
