Newer windows versions of kdiff3 have kdiff3 in a bin folder. This fix allows finding them.

This fix allows finding them.

Note that currently finding the tool cannot be configured unless you have write access to the changed file, since configuration is not honored

There are issues in commit 682a184:
Update kdiff3 path
Commit not signed off
Lines in the body of the commit messages should be wrapped between 60 and 76 characters.
Indented lines, and lines without whitespace, are exempt
