Reviewed by NOBODY (OOPS!).

This flips the switch on to enable OMG by default. This should be
landed only once all of the tests pass.

I oppose to that if we need to maintain 32bit B3 / Air (including buildability). It is significant burden to us. If it is fine to us to just keep changing 64bit B3 / Air and not caring about 32bit, then to me it is fine.

r=me if we agree that we will not maintain build ability on ARMv7.
