Code Review
This pull request adds region tags to the WriteUserEvent.java
sample file, which will allow this code to be included in product documentation. The change is minor and achieves its goal. I have one suggestion to improve adherence to the project's Sample Format Guide regarding the placement of the start region tag.

In accordance with the project's Sample Format Guide, region tags should typically be placed after import statements. The guide specifies: 'Do not include package or import statements within a region tag unless absolutely necessary.'
To align with this best practice, please consider moving the [START retail_write_user_event]
tag to a new line after all import
statements and before the public class WriteUserEvent
declaration. This will improve consistency across the samples.
