We won't need the previous version of the Migration Instructions when the feature is complete, so we can remove the feature flag introduced in #91773.

Also, double-check if the new migration instructions screen work in all different flows. Some that I already identified:

• https://wordpress.com/setup/migration-signup
• https://wordpress.com/setup/hosted-site-migration?from={FROM_URL} (It starts in https://wordpress.com/move)

Checklist

• Remove feature flag.
• Identify different flows where the Migration Instructions screen is loaded.
• Make sure it works properly in all the flows.
• Fix what is needed.
