I can only say that GoodFirms is the best place when it comes to choosing the right solution. Yes, I recently had a chance to visit GoodFirms as my employee recommended me. And I found it amazing, easy to use, and filters for my requirements. They have well researched and very extensive database.
One thing I like about them is that they rated all list of products and services by their team.
As a final note, I had a great experience with it. And I would recommend GoodFirms for their services to anyone looking for reliable platforms.

Stumbled upon them while researching some b2b software reviews. The reviews where clear and concise yet delivered all the information I needed. Went for a few listed solutions and am quite happy with them till date. Had no issues whatsoever writing my own customer reviews either. All in all, based on my experience Goodfirms is one of the best software review and rating sites out there. Great listings and great companies to work with. Definitely Recommended!!

Great Company to grow Sales

I have taken Goodfirms Startup plan on 01/07/2021, within few days after starting plan I got more and more leads, my sales grew by 14%, I really appreciate their help and support, I must say that if you are a business owner then definitely should by this plan

This company is a scam. They listed our company without our permission AND reached out to our customer base without our permission, in a way that was highly misrepresentative - making our customers think that we approved of them.
And there is NO way to remove the listing on your own.
If you're thinking of doing a review for them, do NOT give them your information despite their 'claims' of giving away free items for a review. They're a scam.

I created my company and cannot edit it. I reached the support, they replied me once, I asked one more question and they ended the chat. I reached them twice again and no reply received.
Now I'm trying to remove my company and my account information from their site hoping they are GDPR compliant. But these 'tryings' unfortunately also not strict and quick.

Fraud companies can rate themselves positively there

Whenever I was logged in and wanted to send the review, I should log in again
in addition, the website wanted to have access to my microphone and webcam via firefox

Shady spammers
This company that looks like a legitimate IT firm, doesn't look like it is, at all. It sends spam en masse, does not answer any contacts, and although is present on fb/linkedin/everywhere, seems to be some shady data collector and spammer. Don't let the facade fool you.

The account registration cannot be completed because they don't send a verification letter. My submission is pending for weeks. Support never replies. And the most funny thing - there is no way to delete the account..

This is a scam website that falsely acts on behalf of businesses/companies without their request or consent. My business (which is no longer open) is on this site, and I've never requested or given them permission to advertise on my behalf. I am not and have never been affiliated with GoodFirms, but their website makes it look like I am. I've requested twice now for GoodFirms to remove the listing about me, but the "customer service" there neglects to reply or complete my request. Do NOT trust anything on this site. It's a scam.

Scam company. All the hallmarks of an Indian coding factory. Listed my business without asking me, and now they’re spamming me. I’ve had click throughs from their website, but they’ve ALL been from India, from people wanting me to outsource business to them. Avoid.

False reviews for companies, be careful.
Very bad experience with companies rated almost 5. I tried to rate it bad but the site is not showing my review.

We are a recently founded design boutique company [ ar-media.net ], just getting started in the web industry. Obviously, we need to use ratings and reviews platforms to spread the word and showcase our happy clients' good opinions about us.
GoodFirms is one of those platforms that we did the mistake to try out. Another mistake was the TrustPilot platform here of course (they are not much better either), but we are publishing this review even here, so people can see what is really happening with those scam companies.
So far our experience with GoodFirms is VERY BAD (0). We created a listing, which we cannot control since day 1 (like correcting an address and such), their support never replies, they do not do the corrections needed (false address etc.) and their platform is not even working properly.
After weeks of practically begging them repeatedly to correct the false information on our listing, we discovered that instead of helping out, they removed our listing entirely and when we login to their dashboard, our account now looks (to us only) as pending. Again, no replies from support to our messages.
I need to add that, we started receiving a lot of spam, right after creating the listing with them.
They are definitely using our data without our consent.
Stay away from them!
They smell like bad business from miles away...
Even the address they mention on their website,
does not show any GoodFirms company on Google Maps, which every legit existing company would have added:

Use other platforms like Google Reviews, Clutch, TrustProfile, SiteJabber...
There are so many better ones out there.

I purchased one Subscription plan From this company Website for Marketing my Business Listing and they are even not Start my subscription plan, I am waiting for their support team but they are not available and its 48 hours now, please do not Purchase any Subscription from Goodfirms it's a big scam very bad experience
