Thank you, Fnatic for coming to Barcelona and sharing your Rainbow Six Siege expertise with us 😎 From the Devs’ perspective, this is a chance to pick the brains of some of the best players in the world. It also presents the opportunity to refine gameplay mechanics and optimize balance to create a more engaging and competitive experience. “They understand the game differently than us, bringing systems for them to test is super insightful”, notes Sergio Sáez Calero, UX Designer. This workshop is the result of a close collaboration between Barcelona and the User Research Team in Ubisoft Montréal and Ubisoft Quebec City, whose guidance throughout the entire process was crucial to the success of the project. We want to give a special shout-out to everyone who participated one way or another in the project. We cannot wait for the next one, but for now, enjoy the aftermovie!

A special day deserves a special moment 🌹 25 years of history captured in a special book handed to all our studio members. Feliç Sant Jordi!
Just in time for Sant Jordi here in Barcelona, I can finally share the result of a year's research and design work: a book celebrating the 25th anniversary of Ubisoft Barcelona 🌹 The book contains interviews, portfolio pages, info about all of the games and photos from across the years. I had so much fun collecting the research, hearing everyone's stories and discovering new things about the production behind the games. Designing using both new assets as well as games screenshots from 25 years ago was definitely a challenge but I'm very happy with the outcome. Besides that, it was a great opportunity to learn more about editorial design and production, a passion of mine for the past few years. My hope is that every member of the studio can see themselves or their work represented in the book and the impact they make on the games. A huge thank you to Luis Blanco for leading the copywriting and editing, as well as Printing house KOPA for taking care of the production
