Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Firefox and Customize menu..
  2. Enable Touch Density and exit customize menu.
  3. Resize the window horizontally making it smaller and observe the toolbar.

Expected result

  • All toolbar items are correctly displayed.

Actual result

  • Overflow menu button has no padding on the left side.

I would guess that this is a regression from bug 1795260.

Well my patch changed the direction of the overflow. Before my patch the hamburger menu overflowed out of view. So this was likely introduced by the extensions button work.
