About

I am a catalyst for growth.

I take start-ups and turn them into scale ups and then into global success stories.

I do this by combining the best people, processes, technology and systems and meld them into high growth engines built for long term success.

My professional life commenced as a Ballet Dancer which taught me many lessons that I still apply today.

🔷️ The value of hard work to perfect a craft
🔷️ The ability to constantly learn and adapt
🔷️ The knowledge that everyone has a role to play in a team
🔷️ The fact that beautiful story telling can be transformative

I began my Recruitment life working in the Agency space before moving into Corporate Talent Acquisition and now into People & Culture. This blend of experience gives me a unique perspective and I know this has contributed to my success.

➡️ I am a leader and strategic partner in the development of the vision, direction and long term plans for the Talent Acquisition and People & Culture functions.
➡️ I have a proven ability in the design and calibration of robust processes, requirements planning, development & execution of creative sourcing strategies, people management and team leadership.
➡️ This is always designed to align to the business goals and deliver a higher level of revenue performance.

I believe that there is still a lot to do when it comes to DEIB and I work every day to create a level playing field for People with a Disability, those who are Neurodiverse, Returning Citizens and members of the Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander peoples.

People and Culture is a catalyst for business growth. If you can find the best talent, empower them to be successful and then elevate their skills so they are always growing you have a cheat code that is unparalleled. My role is to deliver that cheat code day after day after day.

Additionally I take this approach into volunteering for Jobs for Humanity where we are working to provide meaningful employment opportunities to many under-represented communities. I firmly believe we should give back and give often to lift those around us. If you can make one person feel better every day the world will be a better place.

Please feel free to connect with me and share ideas on DEIB, Start-ups, Talent Acquisition, Mentoring and People & Culture.

Sydney Homeless Connect is one of the most inspiring things I have been involved with through the years. I am constantly inspired by the wonderful people who organise this and have been lucky to have a variety of roles over the years with the last 3 working in the massage area being the best of all.
