Four years into widespread hybrid work, we had to know: Is there a hybrid policy that’s better than others? According to Lucid’s latest commissioned survey, the answer is no. The majority of survey respondents (67%) were satisfied with their current policy—and those policies vary widely, with a mix of fully remote, fully in-office, and everything in between. But there are still major collaboration gaps that companies need to fill, regardless of policy. Let’s break it down: Only 43% of respondents said their organization has implemented digital collaboration tools. 39% said their org has equipped meeting rooms with technology to support both remote and in-office team members. 37% said their company provided hybrid facilitation or collaboration training. 34% said their organization created hybrid meeting guidelines.
