The WIPO Treaties: Preparatory Documents collection is an online resource comprising the written records generated during the negotiations for the WIPO-administered treaties including the WIPO Convention.
These legally-relevant "travaux préparatoires", organized into a centralized and accessible repository, represent a significant reference tool for the meaning and context of the WIPO-administered treaties for national legislatures, IP practitioners, researchers and students.
