INTRODUCTION POST

Hi I’m VVERIS, this is my art blog.

I use he/him pronouns and I’m a Christian (although that’s not blog-relevant).

I’m bilingual but I usually won’t post in French (you can always comment on French though :))

What do I do?

I post my art, ramble about fandom stuff, and occasionally vent (which is properly and consistently tagged if you want to filter that)

Okay, there's a new DuboHolt pairing in the Major Grom fandom. (Dmitry Dubin and August Van Der Holt)

Maybe because the characters interacted a lot in the movie? Or did they have some history in the comic?

No! It's just that Matvey Lykov (who plays August Van Der Holt) really liked Dima Dubin and started pestering everyone on set with his stories about how these characters could interact. Matvey even wrote a fanfic on the DuboHolt

Hi, I’m never forgiving the Umbrella Academy fans for hating (exclusively) on Luther for liking Allison when those feelings were mutual. I don’t know why it was (is) so popular to hate on Luther when people are either being 1) hypocritical or 2) making fun of genuinely interesting and important character points. Like, everyone dogged on him for being upset about the moon thing but like,,, who wouldn’t be??? Imagine being isolated from everyone you know and love, thinking you’re doing something important for your father only to find out that work was never even opened. That’s detrimental, especially for Luther who held his father to such a high standard. And to mock his character for that when all of the others neglect/abuse was taken seriously is so strange.

ALSO never forgiving y’all for not giving a single fuck that Allison literally sexually harassed him in season 3. Favouritism at its finest
